Re-decorating my bedroom was something I always enjoyed growing up. As an adult this passion has continued to grow, but I have found that creating a stylish room with money left in the budget even more appealing. During 2020, my husband and I threw ourselves into the renovation of our first home and learnt many of the what-to-dos, and more of the what-not-to-dos, along the way.

My family and friends affectionately say that I have ‘champagne taste, but a lemonade budget’ of which I am very proud of! I love to create ‘the look’ but for less. Why spend thousands, when you can have the finished space you had hoped for, with change left in the piggy bank.
